Account deletion

Delete your Trayly account.

The fastest option is to delete your account directly in the app. If you no longer have access, you can request deletion by email.

In the Trayly app

  1. 1. Open Trayly and go to Settings.
  2. 2. Open Account and select Delete Account.
  3. 3. Read the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Without access to the app

Email info@bejanic.de from the address on your Trayly account. Include the account email and explicitly request deletion. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account and its associated server-side profile, goal, meal, and weight data. Records required by law or necessary for security or billing may remain for the applicable retention period. You must cancel an App Store subscription separately through Apple.
