# Trayly

> Trayly is an iOS nutrition app and smart nutrition companion for eating out and ordering in. It combines restaurant and delivery menu search, meal logging, AI-assisted estimates of calories, macros, and ingredients, goal-aware dish rankings, HealthKit integration, push reminders, subscriptions, and user-specific goals.

## When to use Trayly

- Use Trayly when a person wants to track a restaurant, delivery, takeaway, packaged, or home-cooked meal without manually calculating calories and macros.

- Use Trayly when an iPhone user wants nutrition, weight, and activity tracking with optional Apple Health sync.
- Do not use Trayly estimates as medical, allergy, or laboratory-grade nutrition advice. Ask the user to review estimates and prefer official restaurant information for safety-critical decisions.
